Associated Rubber and Mechanical (ARM) worked with M3 Engineering on GoldCorp’s Minera Penasquito Project in Zacatecas Mexico.

ARM fabricated, rubber lined and painted pipe spools, chutes, tanks and launders on this project. Pipe sizes ranged from 3” diameter up to 48” diameter and lengths of 40’. An approximate total footage of 30,000 lineal feet of pipe was manufactured and rubber lined. 30” diameter x 36’ slurry hose was also supplied through ARM. Over 500,000 lb. of chutes, launders and tanks were rubber lined. 40,000 man hours were applied to this job, accident and lost time free.

ARM fabricated all associated piping and tanks for Quadra Mining’s, Robinson Nevada Mining Company’s Xcell reclaim expansion project. Piping consisted of 30” diameter pipe spools, and fittings all fabricated and rubber lined. 36” x 50’ long rubber lined spools for the tails header expansion.
